Ray Jeffrey is Managing Director of RPJ3 Group, having formed the company in 1999.

He brings to RPJ3 Group operations over 25 years of experience in the field of contracts and facilities management; having held posts ranging from Chef to main board Director within high calibre national and international companies. Ray now applies his insight and expertise while providing tailor-made solutions for a variety of organisations in both the public and private sectors. Through RPJ3 Group, Ray specialises in offering his clients outstanding support and guidance in the area of non-core service contracts.

Ray is also an accomplished freelance writer commenting on the service sector, catering, customer care, motorcycling and malt whisky.

Debbi Jeffrey is co-director of RPJ3 Group.

Debbi share's Rays passion for catering and facilities management and brings over 20 years senior catering and hospitality management experience to RPJ3 Group operations and activities. Her career included a very successful period as business development manager for a large multinational caterer and facilities provider, which served to hone Debbi's commercial skills to perfection.

As a natural motivator with great empathy for the daily challenges faced by catering and cleaning staff 190 days per year - Debbi is highly respected and admired and provides qualities that compliment her business partner and partner perfectly.
